Just when you thought Shangri-la at The Fort has all the dining choices we could ever ask for, they open another one – Bake House, and an original at that.

Located just at the lobby, this new neighborhood cake and pastry shop carry a number of sweet and savory delights that are proudly all-natural, trans-fat free and artificial dye and flavorings-free. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, a quick snack or dinner, there's surely something for the hungry café-goer.
Here's a foodie tip for you: Bake House's baking hours are at 6:30am, 11:00am and 4:00pm so make sure you drop by at these hours so you can get a hold of fresh off the oven bread and pastry. Curious on what to expect at the newest bakery in town? Here are a few of our favorites:

Committed to reducing waste and its carbon footprint, Bake House puts on effort in reducing single-use plastic packaging and food waste. With this, they created the Conscious Cookie which is made from various cookie trims and ingredients that did not make the measuring cup.

Other than the delectable food choices, they have a beverage line-up that complements the menu – "Hey, Brew!" which is Bake House's homemade Kombucha that is available in three flavors, a coffee collection in partnership with Toby's Estate, specialty teas, cold-pressed juices and a unique take on the signature hot chocolate.

Bake House also has a retail merchandise section which includes the bake shop's signature products, some bread to-go and Shangri-La at the Fort's dining signatures like the Raging Bull Burgers sauces, Samba's Andean potato chips, Canton Road's cashew nuts and more.
