Tori Ichi Yakitori & Bar opened at a corner of BGC just across Kuppa Roastery & Cafe. The new restaurant specializes in yakitori, a Japanese skewered treat that is grilled and seasoned, and at Tori Ichi, available to order per stick. Their yakitori menu is extensive, ranging from chicken to pork, vegetable to beef, and even seafood. Chicken lovers here will enjoy their wide range of chicken yakitori — they currently have 17 different kinds and different chicken parts (thigh, wings, tail, etc.), and using different kinds of sauces to season the meats. For offal eaters, you can try their Kimo (P50/chicken liver) flavored with either salt or tare sauce, Kokoro (P50/chicken heart) with either salt or tare sauce, Sunazuri (P50/chicken gizzard), and Nankotsu (P35/chicken cartilage).
Bacon lovers should not miss out on their popular Mochi Bacon (P115) which is a bacon-wrapped Japanese rice cake on a stick, Asparagus Bacon (P95), and Enoki Mushroom Bacon (P160). Other porky yakitori items include Butabara (P75/pork belly) and Wiener Sausage (P105).
Aside from their yakitori lineup, there's assored Agemono (deep fried dishes) with meat, seafood, and vegetable options, small plates (okazu) of savory tems, rice bowls (gohanrui) and noodle dishes (menrui), salads, and desserts. To drink, they offer Japanese whisky by the glass and bottle, shochu and sake, and chūhai (Japanese carbonated cocktails) available in different fruity flavors.
