Coffee and eggs, anyone? Check out this new cafe in Makati specializing in luscious egg dishes and caffeinated beverages.
Newly opened restaurant Bean & Yolk is located at Makati's bustling and eclectic foodie block of Poblacion, and is now serving its two main draws: specialty coffee and egg-centric dishes.
Everything on this little cafe's food menu puts egg on the spotlight, giving them an all-day and brunch appeal. Currently, Bean & Yolk serves eight egg dishes, including the classic Eggs Ben (P275), poached eggs on English muffin served with bacon, ham, arugula, and chive hollandaise. Other egg sandwiches available are the Chorizo Mama (250), chorizo patty on brioche bun topped with cheddar cheese and fried egg; and Lucy (P175), a brioche bun sandwich of chopped five minute egg, chives, arugula, and sriracha dressing.
Hot and cold specialty coffee are available to pair your meals with, as well as assorted milkshakes (P200 each) like Espresso Milkshake,Gianduja Milkshake, and Chocolate Milkshake. Hand Brew is also available hot (P150) and iced (P150).
