Festive flavors to delight and indulge in
Eat, drink, and be merry this Festive Season with flavors worth toasting. From an indulgent buffet spread to a Yuletide five-course affair up in the air, Grand Hyatt Manila’s culinary team prepares flavor escapes perfect for the most wonderful time of the year.
The Grand Kitchen
The season is rich and bountiful just like the selections that await. Succulent flavors are here for the taking, like the whole roasted lechon, the glazed Christmas ham, the butterball turkey, plus more international and Filipino dishes to look forward to at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant.
On 24 December, a dinner buffet runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM priced at PHP 4,000 net per person and a Noche Buena buffet from 11:00 PM to 1:30 AM priced at PHP 3,000 net per person. Guests can celebrate 25 December by the buffet for lunch and dinner at PHP 4,000 net per person.
On 31 December, guests can ring in the New Year with a dinner buffet priced at PHP 5,200 net per person from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, inclusive of free-flow red and white wines and house lager. Celebrate the first day of the year on 1 January with a lunch buffet from 12:00 NN to 2:30 PM at PHP 3,400 net per person.
The Lounge
Elevate intimate gatherings with loved ones and bond in style over a grand afternoon tea experience showcasing a decadent spread of Filipino culinary creations and seasonal signatures to pair with coffee, tea, or rosé wine.
Beginning 1 December, sip and savor the Festive Merienda Cena spread every Friday to Sunday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM at PHP 2,200 net, inclusive of free-flow rosé wine. A Yuletide afternoon tea set is also available from Monday to Thursday at PHP 2,950 net, inclusive of rosé wine for two people.
Guests who wish to dine on 24 December for dinner can enjoy a set menu priced at PHP 3,500 net per person from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Indulge in a five-course affair up in the air from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on 24 December and 25 December priced at PHP 5,500 net per person and PHP 6,200 net per person on 31 December.
Embrace the season of Christmas with an immersive six-course gastronomic journey with Le Petit Chef in the footsteps of Marco Polo. Taste the flavors the world has to offer through captivating visuals and cinematic 3D entertainment the whole month of December, except for 24, 25, and 31 December. Take a pick from two dinner shows, with prices starting at PHP 6,600 net per person.
Florentine
Delight in an array of delightful treats fit for celebrating with curated or customized hampers beginning at PHP 7,000.
