Tease your taste buds with Mushroom Arancini (risotto balls mixed with mushroom and cheese and served with garlic and truffle sauce) and light, refreshing salads such as Shrimp and Pomelo ( lettuce, arugula, pomelo, shrimps and walnuts tossed in a honey balsamic vinegar, topped with parmesan cheese); Watermelon, Cucumber and Feta (watermelon, cucumber, arugula, olives, onion, basil tossed in Italian vinaigrette with feta cheese and roasted pecan nuts).
A new pizza flavor worth trying is the Creamy Spinach Artichoke Pizza filled with spinach, artichoke, alfredo cream sauce with mozzarella and parmesan and topped with sundried tomatoes. Your choice of thick or thin.
There are also new meat and seafood entrees: Slow-Braised Oxtail (cooked in aromatics, red wine reduction, served with rice pilaf and crispy fried onion); Grilled 1 lb. Bone-in Pork Chop (perfectly seared chop sauteed in Italian sausage and mixed veggies) and Pan-Fried Halibut with Clams (seared halibut fillet, sauteed in white wine and butter, served with clams and potatoes).
