Italianni’s Launches New Dishes In Time for Christmas

Available starting on December 16, these new dishes make Christmas dining more memorable

With everyone excitedly anticipating Christmas this year, Italianni’s is also happily launching new dishes in time for merrier Holidays brimming with good food.

The latest additions to the menu start with two delicious and healthy salads Honey Crisp Apple Salad (Mixed greens, Kale, apple, gorgonzola, toasted pecan, honey Balsamic) and Grilled Pear Salad (Mixed Greens grilled pears and a Honey Mustard dressing).

The ubiquitous Italian dish, Osso Bucco, hogs the spotlight this Season as one of Italianni’s new mains.  The Braised Beef Osso Bucco Platter, braised low and slow in tomato and mirepox until fork tender is not to be missed.  It’s a perfect centerpiece on one’s dinner table, whether at Italianni’s or at home during the Noche Buena Feast.  Guests can enjoy this hearty dish with Spaghetti Alio Oglio.  Those who are partial to fish can order the  Halibut Al Cartoccio  which is oven roasted with potatoes bell pepper, zucchini, olives, capers, eggplant and seafood broth. To finish off the meal, try the  Blueberry Mango Cheesecake  (classic New York Cheesecake topped with blueberry and mango puree).
