The newly opened outlet unveils its Cantonese culinary masterpieces, adding to the diverse culinary offerings available at the Shops at the Boulevard, the property’s retail strip.
TungLok Signatures is part of the TungLok Group, Singapore’s leading restaurant chain, which was first established in 1984 that has since expanded into over 30 restaurants across Singapore, China, Japan, Indonesia, and Vietnam. It is brought to the Philippines by prominent businessman Eric Teng, Baby Spice Food Corp. CEO and President, who has under his belt eight Mango Tree outlets in the country and other popular restaurants, among other ventures. He is currently also the president of RestoPH, a group of restaurant owners in the Philippines.
Tunglok Signatures is renowned for its trendsetting modern Cantonese cuisine enhanced with the innovative flair of the restaurant’s skillful chefs, while remaining true to the taste and soul of the well-loved cuisine. With welcoming interiors of elegant white tones depicting scenic images contrasted with warm, wood accents and touches of gold, the restaurant can comfortably seat 206 guests including those in four private rooms that can accommodate a party of 12 to 36 diners.
An aquarium features live seafood such as crabs, lobsters, prawns, and sea mantis prepared and cooked to the guests’ preference. A crowd favorited in the extensive menu is TungLok’s Signature Chili Crab prepared with either of these seasonings: salted egg yolk and curry leaves; black pepper and fresh peppercorns; or white pepper, leeks, and fresh peppercorns.
