In the hopes of taking the Kapampangans’ gastronomic experience a notch higher, a dynamic group of individuals came together and created The Muceno Food Park early 2017. Dr. Ernie Nepomuceno, a doctor by profession and a foodie by passion, together with three restaurateurs from Manila (Renette Marie de Guzman, Ram Morales, and Harren Maneja), have one goal in mind: to take back the Culinary Capital crown to Pampanga. The 20 food stalls within the park were carefully chosen by the three, to provide a vibrant food environment while showcasing different tastes to customers.
Here’s a look at the different stalls and dishes you can try at The Muceno Food Park:
1. Esting’s Bellychon
Gone are the days when you will only get to eat lechon belly on special occasions, thanks to Esting’s for making it accessible and affordable for Kapampangans! Their menu is impressive, as they have come up with a wide variety of bellychon dishes.
2. Runway 8 Grill
In the mood for anything grilled? Do yourself a favor and head over to Runway 8 Grill! I highly recommend their grilled tuna panga with house blend soy sauce.
3. Wagyu King
This is not a drill! This food park stall really does serve wagyu beef! Try their wagyu cubes and wagyu musubi. Their asparabacon is not one to miss, too!
4. Master Bao
Feeling snacky? From Spam fries, to mini baos, to potato curls, Master Bao will take care of all your light bite cravings.
5. Nitro Coffee and Tea Bar
A little nitrogen in your coffee or tea? Why not! Nitrogen-infused coffees and teas have a distinct creamy texture without the use of milk. So that’s guaranteed less calories in your order!
6. Grandma’s Ribs and Barbecue

The Muceno Food Park brings more life to the place by inviting bands to perform when the evening strikes and is on a transition to becoming a castle themed food park, with activity areas where everyone can enjoy different kinds of entertainment activities like beer pong, jenga, board games, and many more.
