The Tasting Club, in partnership with Hola Bombon, The Tasteful Selections, Happy Living and The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, is pleased to announce the event Sangria y Tapas Fiesta, a one-of-a-kind, virtual tasting to take place on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 5:00 PM via Zoom.
For this virtual tasting, we have selected some of the finest delicacies from Spain with Artysan Serrano Ham & Chorizo, Vega Mancha Manchego and Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil curated by The Tasteful Selections, and also two delicious crafted Lolea Sangrias imported by Happy Living.
Each guest attending this virtual tasting will be receiving a Tapas platter prepared by the Executive Chef of Hola Bombon, Chef Ruther Sandico. Here below is the Tapas and Sangrias selection for the tasting event:

This tasting event is a great occasion to learn about the craft behind these artisanal products from Spain with the presentation of Ms. Charo Taberna (Export Manager of Artysan Charcuteria), Ms Mercedes Esparcia (Export Director of Vega Mancha Manchego) and Ms. Joey Downs (Brand Ambassador of Goya Olive Oil). Chef Ruther Sandico will be joining the virtual presentation to share about the Tapas preparation and give tips to replicate the dishes at home.
Mr. Ruben Canabal, Global Brand Ambassador of Lolea Sangria, will share about the craft behind the delightful Red & White Sangria Frizzante and he will demonstrate how we can enhance our Sangria tasting experience by adding fresh garnishes such as Orange, Lime, Strawberry, Basil and Mint.
