Now Open: 'DaTang Restaurant' Fuses Traditional and Modern Chinese Dining at Venice Grand Canal Mall

Its name inspired by the Tang dynasty, the newly-opened DaTang Restaurant aims to bring back chic dining and the glory of Chinese cuisine at their restaurant located in Venice Grand Canal Mall, McKinley Hill.

At this new restaurant, guests can feast on authentic Chinese dishes that are inspired by the Tang Dynasty, one of the most prosperous eras in Chinese history. Food at this restaurant is always served fresh, and highlights 8 culinary traditions from 8 regions of China.

Cold Appetizers:

Soy Sauce Chicken (P260/P780): stewed chicken leh, leek shred fish sauce
Cold Stewed-pork with Peanuts (P380/P1,120): pork leg with peanuts
Seafood Salad (P280/P820): squid, mussel, octoupus, five flavors sauce, green tomatoes


Stir-fried Ribs with Deep Fried Garlic and Chili (P480/P1,420): this pork rib in fried garlic is a magnet for extra rice
DaTang Deep Fried Chicken Wings (P280/P820): these chicken wings in sweet garlic sauce will be a favorite among children


Steamed Fish in Traditional Style (P480/P1,420): clean flavors of steamed maya-maya with mustard tuber, shredded pork, ginger, and mushroom
