Workshop is tucked inside Le Petit Souffle located in Mega Fashion Hall, Megamall

At Workshop, Aspiras and Lotilla always strive to elevate the Filipino dessert experience. It's a simple and straightforward name for their bakery within a restaurant, because it's exactly that: the space is a workshop, where they can flex their baking muscles and experiment, creating new things whenever inspiration strikes. “As pastry chefs, we wanted a space where we could create," Chef Miko confides, "If we ever got inspired, there would be a space for us to do it. This is our working shed.”

Manila's no stranger to the many ways these two chefs have spread their sweetness in the metro -- there's Scout's Honor for the cookies and Freezer Burn for the ice cream, while Le Petit Souffle is Chefs Miko and Kristine's full-service restaurant where you can enjoy a playful French-Japanese feast of both sweet and savory offerings. Prior to these concepts, both chefs have solid background in preparing desserts for hotels, so their standards for quality and freshness are high.

This carries onward to all their concepts, as well as Workshop, where everything out of the bakery is made fresh daily, with the finest ingredients and crafted by their skilled patissiers and bakers. All their sweet creations are gorgeous, to boot -- making their cakes excellent party centerpieces and also super worthy of that Instagram post.
