Food parks are everywhere! Well, almost. How many have you already visited? And how far are you willing to travel for food?
Tarlac City hopped on the food park bandwagon just last April as it opened the doors of its first and only food park (so far) – Hungry Yard! Roughly three hours away from Manila, Hungry Yard is located right in the heart of Tarlac.
Concessionaires were carefully selected to make sure that guests get the best that Tarlac has to offer. They are mostly home cooks turned entrepreneurs who are more than generous in sharing their long kept food recipes with Tarlac. There are no two stalls in Hungry Yard that offer the same item.
On top of that, there are so many cute corners and dishes that are worth the squares in your Instagram feed!
Let’s take a good look at their 28 stalls that will surely make your trip worth it:
1. 9 Wings
9 Wings offers various chicken dishes and is famous for their wings. They have 9 signature flavors, which include Texas Honey BBQ, Spicy Cheese & Jalapeno, Bulgogi, Honey Mustard, Classic Buffalo, and Sweet Chili.
2. Pizzta
Pizzta is a wordplay of pizza and pasta, both which are their specialty dishes.
Of course, the food park lineup won’t be complete without Korean comfort food!
4. Lazzying
For cocktails and mocktails, Lazzying has got you covered. I loved their strawberry mocktail so much, I almost finish an entire jar by myself!
If you’re up for a quick and filling bite, your best bet is Swag-C’s shawarma.
This food stall always has something healthy and fresh after a day of pigging out.
Affordable yet tasty ramen is what Talk’yo Ramen is all about!
8. Tazza
Whether you want your brew hot, over ice, or ice blended, head to Tazza for your caffeine fix!
Craving for barbecue or anything grilled? Look for Angela’s Kitchen + Grill for your meaty fix!
10. FGBN Diner
Potato wedges, bacon, and cheese–what’s not to love?
11. BrahmsLeigh Continental and Chinese Cuisine
Their version of Salt and Pepper Spareribs is at par with the ones you can get from expensive Chinese restaurants!
Game for a few drinks after devouring on all the superb meals? There are craft beers in the house! Perfect way to cap off your trip. Araro TLC Taproom has a variety of locally crafted beer. They offer White Mango Ale, Iniruban Pale Ale, Coco Stout, Ordinario, Session Belgian, and TLC Lager.
Meat lovers will not be disappointed in this food park — there are many options for the carnivore at Hungry Yard, like this food stall's roast beef.

If chicken is your favorite poultry, try the different flavors here.
15. Drink Factory
Hydrate with these cool, colorful, and creative juices!
16. Sinangag
Our go-to Filipino comfort food with a twist!
17. Catch 2300
I’d catch this bucket any time of the day! Fun fact: 2300 is Tarlac City’s zip code. Hence, Catch 2300.
18. Putok Batok
We often hear the phrase putok batok to refer to fatty foods like bagnet, chicharon bulaklak, and crispy pata. Putok Batok is about all things fatty but good! You know when it feels kind of wrong but tastes so right? We definitely understand you. Besides, just the right amount won’t hurt, so give in.
19. Macho Nachos
Enjoy Mexican munchies at Macho Nachos!
20. Senpai
Affordable Japanese food? Yes, please! Oishi!
If you’re looking for something meaty and sizzling, head on over to Vittle Space Sizzlers!
22. Fire & Ice
Ever heard of ice cream made within clouds of smoke and a big container of liquid nitrogen? Well, it’s becoming a thing nowadays and Fire & Ice is the first to introduce it to Tarlaquenos.
Not your ordinary sizzling sisig over at this food stall. There's sisig burgers, sisig nachos, sisig rolls; they even have two crowd favorites in one dish–sisig and burrito, baby!
24. Dracary’s
Any 'Game of Thrones' fans out there will immediately feel at home with this food stall.
25. Fun Bun
Cute, technicolored, and tasty burgers is what they're all about!
I found the perfect beer matches right here!
27. Xiaochi Foodhaus
Serving budget-friendly Taiwanese style dishes.
28. Mayumu Ngan Delights
Mayumu Ngan is a Kapampangan phrase which means ‘everything is sweet’ and that’s pretty much what this stall is all about.
Owned and operated by the Baluyot family, The Hungry Yard is still undergoing continuous improvements to add other activities that will make the park a complete Tarlac destination! KTV rooms, game rooms, and function rooms are among those that are already in line to open soon.
