FIRST LOOK: Raging Bull Burgers at Shangri-La at the Fort, Opening May 29 Monday

The younger bro of Shangri-La at the Fort's Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar is opening soon, showcasing 1/3 pounder Angus beef burgers and six sandwiches to sink your teeth into.

Raging Bull Burgers is Shang Fort's newest food concept, and their burgers are helmed by the chef behind Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, Chef Nathan Griffin. At the new burger joint, beef patties are proudly nose-to-tail, using Australian and US beef choice cuts of brisket, rump, and wagyu that are marinated in an original seasoning mix. Burgers here are chargrilled and served with an in-house secret sauce.

Customers can also sample more of the restaurant's homemade sauces to tweak their burger to their liking: they have a sauce counter where you can serve yourself sauces like The Raging Bull Barbecue, You're So Damn Hot, Lone Steer Brisket, and El Mayo Classico. They also offer a range of ketchup and hot sauce varieties.

The Raging Bull Burgers offers six sandwiches to choose from, from beef patties, pulled pork, fish, to vegetarian. For the thirsty, they offer their own brew of pilsner, as well as local beer, craft beer, and imported beer; you can even pour your own Bourbon Shot (P100) straight from the barrel. Sweets in this restaurant include classic milkshakes and three kinds of dessert.

Raging Bull Burgers will open to the public on Monday, May 29, at 5pm. Afterward, the burger shop will follow regular operating hours: Sunday to Thursday from 11am to 11pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11am to 2am.
