The new sandwich shop offers five kinds of sandwiches (we got to try four of them), and each comes with a side serving of Crisps (P100 ala carte) which consists of thin slices of taro, potato and sweet potato fried in coconut oil and is served with their aioli and ranch dip. Pair your sandwich with their Sweet Slaw or Hawt Slaw (P100 ala carte) where you can choose if you want sweet or spicy.
The Cebuano is what they're known for; it comes in two sizes -- a regular sandwich (P290) and for those who want to share or just plain hungry, a manwich (P490) -- in cuban bread with Lechon drizzled in its own drippings (double the yum!) with ham, cheddar cheese and aioli. The Club (P350) isn't the ordinary clubhouse sandwich. They've come up with their own which has guacamole, grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato all tucked in their Honey Bread.
They have something for the hungry pescatarians as well! The Submariner (P280) is the perfect sammie for you! It is a breaded cream dory topped with a sweet mix of shredded apple, carrots and cabbage in tartar sauce. Everything's better with cheese (and bacon)! The Four Cheese, Bacon Please (P250) is mozarella, cream cheese and cheddar with their own beer-and-onion-bacon jam. Where's the fourth cheese, you ask? Parmesan cheese is frico'd to get a nice crisp on the bread. Dip the sandwich on the creamy and thick tomato soup before you devour it. You're welcome.
Other than their signature Apple Pie Soda (P90) which tastes like fresh out of the oven apple pie, they also offer bottomless water for you know, zero pesos and described as sulit in the menu.
