El Cirkulo's Chef, J. Gamboa was adjudged the Best Chef in the Country winning top honors in Bonlac's Great Chefs of Asia Competition in 1996. Gamboa is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York. He is also Chef of Milky Way Café.
