Merkanto International Street Food Fair

Merkanto is the newest food park serving international street fare within the famed Maginhawa Quezon City area.
A brainchild of longtime friends led by Chefs Niño Laus & Isaac Bravo of renowned Ninyo Fusion Cuisine, Merkanto highlights four initial concepts from Morocco, Indonesia, India, and Brazil, and from Spain and Vietnam in the coming months.
Merkanto International Street Food Fair seats 70 people under a roofed open space designed by partner Paolo Sayo of Manila Increation Studio, inside 38 Autocare carwash in the corner of Mayaman and Mahinhin streets of UP Village, Quezon City.
