The Hearty Grub currently has seven meal plans you can choose from: Calorie Counted, Keto, High Protein, Best Feed which is great for lactating moms, Pescatarian, and they have recently offered a meal plan designed for PCOS and Diabetic clients, and for clients experiencing GERD. On top of that, customers can also have drinks add-ons and other request add-ons like additional vegetables, replacing rice with quinoa or veggies, snacks as fruits only, and low carbs/keto carbs.
Their Meal Plans range from P1,700 to P3,300 only. With the calories and macros I provided, my customized meal plan was at P2,900 per week and included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks, so that was just P580 per day. One full day of not worrying about what to cook and eat ā just getting my meals from the fridge and warming them in the microwave for a minute or two.
