Fil-Canadian singer and dancer AC Bonifacio is featured in the fifth season of the CW series Riverdale in a teaser.
Bonifacio, in a cheerleader getup, goes on a dance-off with no other than Cheryl Blossom, played by Madelaine Petsch. The creator of the CW series, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, shared the clip on his Instagram account. Watch it below:
AC Bonifacio also reposted the video on her account, with the caption: “Startin off the year right [with] a lil sneak peek to #Riverdale Season 5!”
Details about AC’s role is yet to be revealed, but we can all catch it when the season drops on Netflix this January 21.
Riverdale is a darker take on Archie Comics with the familiar characters of Archie, Jughead, Betty, and Veronica facing the various murders and mysteries in their town while they navigate their lives in high school.
