The owner’s mother is the brains behind its Christmas Ham which she has been making for 30 years now. It’s a sweet Chinese-style ham with pineapple sauce on the side. According to China Mommy, they’ve launched this in 2019 and quickly ran out of slots in the first week so this time, they’re opening new slots every week to accommodate more customers.

Go big or go home with Que Rica’s Holiday Belly Ham. This brand which supports and promotes all things local uses the belly part for that extra tender and juicy meat. It’s cured, smoked and glazed with pineapples from Camarines Norte.

Excelente Chinese Cooked Ham
Popular among families, Excelente offers Chinese-style ham that’s a combination of sweet and savory. Customers actually get in long lines just to bring this ham home. This brand is definitely part of every Filipinos’ homes. If you don’t want to go all the way to Quiapo, as of writing, they currently have a booth at Mehan Garden in Ermita.
Excelente’s Ham is priced from P800 to P1,540.
The Hungry Chef
This is a ham you’d want to see in your spread. It has this perfectly golden and glossy finish that makes you want to slice it open. According to Chef Nathaniel Uy, he only uses Pork Steak instead of the usual Pork Leg because of the marbling and fat cap that goes well with the meat.

The Plaza Catering
A ham recipe which has been around since the ’60s, The Plaza’s Premium Baked Ham is sweet and salty that’s cured, lightly wood-smoked with choice herbs and spices, and oven-baked. It has a beautiful glaze and sweet crust. They also offer different sauces ā Premium Glaze, Gustys Garlic, Wasabi Mayo, and Sweet Mustard ā you can pair with the ham.
