Jung Yu Mi is starring alongside Nam Joo Hyuk in the upcoming Netflix K-drama The School Nurse Files! Just in time for its release this September 25, Netflix dropped the first teaser to this quirky fantasy series, hinting of what to expect from it.
The School Nurse Files centers on the school nurse Ahn Eun Young, tasked to help others without anyone knowing. She spends her days fighting jellies of different shapes, sizes, and personalities, all of which are byproducts of people’s greed. Her battle against the jellies becomes more dynamic when she meets Chinese Characters teacher Hong in Pyo. Learning that her energy gets recharged whenever she holds his hand, the two then start working together to try and defend the school.
The drama comes from director Lee Kyoung Mi (Crush and Blush, The Truth Beneath), with a screenplay from writer Chung Se Rang, who originally penned the novel it was based on.
The School Nurse Files premieres only on Netflix this September 25, 2020.
