Going out to buy necessities, to eat out with your friends and loved ones, or simply going to work are pretty much a struggle for everyone especially these past few weeks because of the pandemic we are experiencing.
But worry no more as Robinsons Malls has partnered with Mandaluyong Transport Group to cater to the needs of its shoppers and the commuting public. There will be a modernized jeepney terminal at Forum Robinsons to help you with your daily commute to and from Forum Robinsons Complex-Kalentong/JRC.
Trip intervals are every 30-40 minutes and operations will be from Mondays to Sundays. Practicing physical distancing, each e-jeep can accommodate maximum of 13 passengers. The drivers can pick-up passengers along the way but drop-off only at designated jeepney stops.
As a safety measure required by the LGU, the transport group installed plastic barriers between passengers and require all passengers to sign in on their safety manifest for contact tracing.
This partnership will benefit not just the commuters but also the jeepney sector that has been affected by the current health crisis. Most notably, it is also a big step towards having a more environment-friendly mode of transport.
