A new Korean dessert cafe opens in time for summer, serving different kinds of bingsu, a popular shaved ice treat, using honest and healthy ingredients.

Cafe Seolhwa in BGC is now open, and to celebrate their 'Happy Open Event,' the establishment is offering a 20% discount for their Milk snow (Korean bingsu), specialty coffee, and beverages until April 14, 2015.
What makes Seolwha's bingsu ice dessert a standout is their use of quality ingredients: 100% Korean red beans that they boil into sweet red beans and their own recipe in creating a snowflake-like bingsu (a mix of milk and shaved ice). Their products do not have chemical additives or preservatives, nor any synthetic coloring or flavoring. Seolwha claims their bingsu's texture is unique and long lasting that it does not melt easily.

Bingsu flavors and toppings include Pat bing su (most popular) with sweet red bean and chewy rice cake (mochi), Green tea bing su (sweet red bean, nuts, berries, on top of green tea milk snow flake), Choco brownie bing su (topped with brownie and chocolate ice cram), and Mango cheese bing su (fresh mangoes and cheese cake). The new Korean dessert cafe also offers assorted flavored toast like Honey butter and Cheese Garlic.
