As Bugsy’s opens in different cities, it brings along with it its signature dish that has also stood the test of time — a best-selling boneless buffalo chicken.
Order one of Bugsy’s biggest pulls, Buffalo Tenders, and you get crispy fillets of boneless chicken stacked on a white platter. Its signature orange tinge gives away how it is cooked — deep fried just like buffalo wings, hot and tangy, without the hassles of your teeth making way for the bones in every bite. It is served with a blue cheese dressing, as this is the perfect dipping condiment, its flavors slighty taming the heat and lending coolness, and giving a creamy finish.
