In 1982, Disney released a science fiction adventure film called Tron, and it tells the story of a computer hacker who is abducted and brought to the digital world to compete in the gladiatorial games. This film is said to have inspired a lot of video games and comic books, what with the computer generated visuals and backlit animation they mixed with live-action.
While some of the people then would have only dreamt and imagine what it’s like to be in said world, people could now go and experience what it’s like to be in a digital one with Shanghai Disneyland’s Tron Lightcycle Power Run.
Said to be one of the coolest and fastest roller coaster ride in all of Disney’s theme parks, this ride lets you experience Tron’s multi-sensory environment with the music, lights, and 3D graphics fused together.
The attraction features a Sync Chamber – techno-style zone with glowing glass rails – where rides get to synchronize with the Lightcycles they will be riding before diving through the unknown. Before they know it, they charging through the Grid, a game-world “gravity box” where Lightcycles catapult past each other.

Take an international flight from Manila to Shanghai Pudong. Philippine Airlines, along with several other international airlines are offering regular flights to the city.

Aside from the Tron Lightcycle Power Run attraction, you could also try and check out other attractions like the Roaring Rapids, Alice in Wonderland Maze, Explore Canoes, and Star Wars Launch Bay while you're at Disneyland to get the full experience of the famed theme park.
