Those madcap guys from Tommy Boy are up to their side-splitting antics again: Al Donnelly (Matheson), a promising candidate for state governor fears he may be embarrassed by his whacky brother, Mike (Farley), and hires his personal aide Steve Dodds (Spade) to keep Mike out of trouble.
