Martha Atienza was one of the winners of the Ateneo Art Awards in 2012 for her show Gilubong ang Akon Pusod sa Dagat (My Navel is Buried in the Sea). Her current exhibition, is a continuation of her winning piece and a result of the four residencies she was awarded.
