About the Event
The Organization Development Practitioners Network Philippines, Inc. (ODPN) and the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (Ateneo CORD) invite everyone to its 6th Organization Development Conversations, entitled Contracting and Diagnosing in OD Work. This one-day session will tackle the basic concepts and techniques in contracting with clients and conducting organizational diagnosis.
Session 1: The OD Consulting Cycle: Contracting and Diagnosis
Dr. Edna Franco, a seasoned OD consultant and the current Executive Director of Ateneo CORD, will provide an overview of the OD Consulting Cycle and introduce the basic theories and current local and foreign research on Contracting and Diagnosis.
Session 2: A Conversation on Contracting and Diagnosis as an OD Practitioner Competency
Panelists from different industries will share their experiences, best practices, and challenges in Contracting with Clients and Diagnosis, and how these activties enabled them to do effective OD work with their current and past organizations.
Session 3: Ateneo CORD’s Advanced OD #9: OD Diagnostic Tools
Ateneo CORD will conduct simultaneous skill-building sessions on “The Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations” by Ms. Lilibeth Amatong and “Evidence-based OD Practice: Constructing and Administering Survey Questionnaires for Organization Diagnosis” by Dr. Gina Hechanova.
