About the Event
This summer, let your kids discover their talent in baking and chocolate making! The Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI) and the Philippine Society of Baking (PSB) will be conducting "Kids Baking Workshop" on April 16, 2016, Saturday from 1-5pm in Manila.
The Kids Baking Workshop is open to kids from 5 to 12 years of age. Registration is until April 8, 2016. Workshop fee is Php 2,000 and includes ingredients, recipes, apron and chef's hat.
Other workshops are also lined up for teens and kids with parents, which is a great way for family bonding.
April 23, 2016 (1-5pm) Kids Chocolate Workshop (Php 2,000)
May 14, 2016 (9am-4pm) Teens Baking Workshop (ages 13 to 19 years, Php 2,500)
May 21, 2016 (1-5pm) Parent and Child Baking Workshop (Php 1,500)
The FCBAI, an organization of bakery institutions, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The PSB is a group of technical baking professionals dedicated to providing continuing education and training for its members and bakery personnel. The FCBAI and PSB have been organizing these workshops annually to nurture the next generation of future bakers and bakery owners.
