Solomon Guest House - Batch 13

Solomon Guest House is a short walk from De La Salle-College of St. Benilde. DLS-CSB students of the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management can choose to take their practicum at Solomon, to undergo training in both Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.

Each term, Solomon changes and creates a theme and menu mix that both students and supervisors plan and decide on. Food choices are always different per term, so customers are encouraged to check out the latest offerings in their menu, which are always impressingly affordable for its quality. Batch 13 had an Asian theme for the interiors and food of Solomon, yet past best-selling items can still be ordered, such as their desserts like Tiramisu, a perennial favorite.

Aside from offering exciting and budget-friendly dishes, Solomon is also a guest house with several suites available for lodging.
