Hunt & Gather Nutrition and Fitness Lifestyles is inviting you to their inaugural community event, called Strong Moms: A Mothers’ Day Festival, at Glorietta 3 Activity Center on May 7 and 8, 2016.

At Hunt & Gather, we believe that nutrition and fitness is a way of life. Our food choices and exercise affect our health, mood, and relationships. We also recognize that individuals react favorably to one nutrition or exercise program over another. As such, we have gathered as many healthy food and fitness merchants we can find, who share with us the same values of health.

Each merchant has been curated to offer food or services that are paleo, keto, pescetarian, or vegetarian oriented. Also included are merchants who advocate local, organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free living. We aim to provide festivals goers information and choices for them and their families to truly live healthy lives through proper food choices and exercise.

The Festival will also host a number of nutrition talks and open workouts. As of this writing, we will be having talks on carb-backloading, paleo lifestyles, weight release, plant-based nutrition, optimizing performance, and Primed lifestyle. Open workouts include capoeira, yoga, pilates, and a Brazilian Jiujitsu tournament.
