If you’ve ever had an alter account or a finsta, Alter Me is worth a watch.
Directed by RC Delos Reyes, Alter Me follows Aimee (Jasmine Curtis-Smith), an HR manager who meets Uno (Enchong Dee) in a social media app that people use to escape the real world. After their rendezvous, she seeks his help to better connect with other people and her own emotions.
In an exclusive interview, we had the chance to sit down with the director and cast of the latest Netflix Filipino film. We talked about the challenge of bringing the story on screen, the message viewers will get from watching it, and they even shared their alter username.
