BLINKs, we’re 8 days away from the launch of BLACKPINK’s newest Netflix documentary BLACKPINK: Light Up the Sky! And to give us a brief hint as to what we should be looking forward to when it drops this October 14, Netflix treated us with the official trailer, as well as the first-look images for the docu-film.

BLACKPINK: Light Up the Sky is Netflix’s first-ever K-pop documentary film and focuses on BLACKPINK, known for their innovative music and music video. The documentary gets close to Jisoo, Jennie, RosĆ©, and Lisa as it reveals the unfiltered side of the girl group. It also features the group’s journey to success, culminating with the group’s performance at last year’s Coachella.

BLACKPINK is a South Korean girl group under YG Entertainment. composed of members Jisoo, Jennie, RosĆ©, and Lisa. The group made their debut in August 2016 and has since released hit songs and collaborations with artists like Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez, Dua Lipa, and Cardi B. They have recently released their newest album BLACKPINK – The Album, which is led by the title track “Lovesick Girls”.
