If you’ve loved Meteor Garden, Boys Over Flowers, Hana Yori Dango, and the 2018 Meteor Garden, then here’s something you’d definitely be excited to see! We’re finally getting a Thai remake of Meteor Garden, and Bright Vachirawit and Win Metawin of Thai series 2gether star as two of the boys of the iconic F4!

According to the profiles released by GMMTV, the members of F4 will be portrayed by Bright Vachirawat as Thyme, Win Metawin as Kavin, Dew Jirawat as Ren, and Nani Hirunkit as MJ. As of now, there’s no information yet as to who will be playing the counterparts of Meteor Garden characters.
What we do know, though, is that Tu Tontawan will be playing Gorya, the Thai counterpart of Shan Cai.
If you need a refresher, Meteor Garden is based on a Japanese manga called “Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers). The story centers on a poor teenage girl who enters a school that’s only for the elites. There, she finds herself involved with the popular group F4, known for terrorizing and bullying other students.
Because of its popularity, many adaptations have been made throughout the years. However, the most popular ones are Taiwan’s Meteor Garden (2001), Japan’s Hana Yori Dango (2005), South Korea’s Boys Over Flowers (2009), and China’s Meteor Garden (2018)
