This 1980 film by director Ishmael Bernal explores the stories of Manila’s nightlife. Originally titled Manila by Night, it was said to be re-titled upon the request of Imelda Marcos so as not to project a negative image of the city. The movie revolves around stories of gays and prostitutes, social derelicts, unemployment, and drug addiction.
Ang Tanging Ina
