Here’s Your First Look at the Final Season of Game of Thrones

Your Game of Thrones characters are back in these photos!

Winter is coming…

With the long-awaited finale coming, Game of Thrones is starting to rekindle the excitement among fans who had been left in the cold after its last season in 2017.

Even though many found it disappointing that the recent Super Bowl offered no new trailer for the medieval fantasy epic series and instead had GoT characters The Mountain and Drogon kill off the Bud Knight in an advertisement of Bud Light, it seems that the franchise is making it up to fans.

HBO just released photo sneak-peeks for the final season. The photos do not reveal much on what we could expect for the final season, but it gives us a fresh look at the characters that either we sorely missed or hoped they didn't get to be in this season.

Among these familiar faces are Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, thickly clad for the cold presumably somewhere in the North. The photos also feature portraits of siblings Sansa, Arya, and Brandon Stark; Tyrion, Jaime, and Cersei Lannister; and other iconic characters including Varys the Spider, Samwell Tarly, Davos Seaworth, and Brienne of Tarth.
