WATCH: Millie Bobby Brown as Sherlock’s Sister in ‘Enola Holmes’ Teaser Trailer

Our beloved Eleven from Stranger Things will now be playing the younger sister of the world’s most famed literary detective, Sherlock Holmes!

Millie Bobby Brown will be playing the titular role on Netflix’s upcoming film, Enola Holmes. Henry Cavill also stars as Sherlock and Sam Claflin will play Mycroft Holmes.

The film is based on the book The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer. It puts a spin to Arthur Conan Doyle’s stories by giving Sherlock and Mycroft a bubbly younger sister– Enola.

After the mysterious disappearance of her mother, Enola finds herself in the care of her brothers who wanted to send her away to study at a school for “proper” young ladies. Enola makes her escape to find her mother, stumbling upon a conspiracy involving a young runaway Lord.

The film is directed by Harry Bradbeer with a screenplay from Jack Thorne. It also stars Helena Bonham Carter, Louis Partridge, and more. As the post revealed through an anagram, Enola Holmes will premiere on Netflix this September 23.
