Set to launch on Netflix this August 30, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance is based on the said film, and will be telling a new story in a time that's way before the events of the movie. It centers on three Gelfling who goes on an adventure to save the world when they uncover the truth behind the power of the evil Skeksis.
