Che Espiritus’ festival entry Pan de Salawal is set to start streaming on Netflix this November 18! This was announced on the film’s official Facebook page last November 7.

Pan de Salawal is about a lonely sick panadero and his neighbors living near the Manila Railroad who receive a miracle from a wandering 7-year-old girl who magically heals them by violently hurting them.
The film won numerous awards at the Cinemalaya Film Festival, including the Special Jury Prize, Best Original Musical Score Award, and Special Jury Citations for young actors Miel Espinosa and JM Salvado. Director Che Espiritu also won the award for Best Director in the said festival.
The film stars Bodjie Pascua, Miel Espinosa, Madeleine Nicolas, Anna Luna, Felix Roco, Soliman Cruz, and more.
Pan de Salawal starts streaming on Netflix this November 18.
