You probably didn't know that you can still access some of your favorite Disney and superhero content on Netflix, so stream them now while they're still included in the catalog!

Just when you think you've got Netflix content fully discovered, it manages to surprise every now and then — and this shouldn't be, well, a surprise. With thousands of films and shows at their arsenal, one may have likely overlook some of the all-time favorites that they have in their library! Who doesn't love a good Disney movie and a superhero story once in a while?

Yes folks, you can still access some of your favorite Disney and Marvel superhero content on Netflix (aside from their Netflix original series like Daredevil and Jessica Jones, that is). Add this list on your next-to-binge rundown while they're still available for streaming!

 

1. A Wrinkle in Time

This 2018 film adaptation of a classic sci-fi novel by Madeleine L'Engle tells the story of a young girl's adventure to space, guided by three astral travelers, after her scienties father disappears.

Another 2018 offering, this Marvel Studios film is the 18th in the MCU, and dives deep into the story of T'Challa, after his father, the King of Wakanda, dies. He returns home ot the technologically advanced African nation to take his rightful place as a king, not without any challenges of course, as a powerful enemy threatens Wakanda and the entire world. 

 

3. Bolt

This 2008 Disney animation is about a TV star super-dog who escapes from the set of his show and goes out into the real world. Believing that everything on the show is real, he out to rescue his owner, who he thinks has been captured by a villain. But outside his television show and now in the real world, the power pup discovers his laser vision, lightning speed, super strength and superbark are all just special effects.

 

4. Deadpool

Based on Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, this 2016 movie is the origin story of Wade Wilson, a former Special Forces operative turned mercenary  that was subjected to a rogue experiment, leaving him with accelerated healing powers. The wisecracking Wilson adopts the alter ego Deadpool and hunts down the man who destroyed his looks (and nearly destroyed his life).

 

5. Maleficent

Disney's 2014 live-action film about one of its most iconic villains is also on Netflix! In Maleficent, Sleeping Beauty's evil fairy godmother reveals her untold story and the  elements of her betrayal that ultimately places a curse on an infant princess and turns her pure heart to stone.

 

6. Spider-Man: Far From Home

This 2019 superhero film follows our favorite web-slinger right after the events of Avengers: Endgame take place. Now, Peter Parker finds himself across Europe, testing friendships and finding romance, all while stepping up to take on new threats in a world that has changed forever.

 

7. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

This stunning 2018 movie that won Best Animated Feature Film at the 91st Academy Awards should defninitely be on your binge-list! The movie revolves around Brooklyn teenager Miles Morales, who is bitten by a radioactive spider and  develops powers that transform him into Spider-Man. He discovers that there are multiple spider-verses, each with its own version of the web-slinging hero, and teams up with different Spider-Men to stop a villain's dimension-crossing super-collider before it breaks the multiverse.

 

8. LEGO x Marvel Super Heroes Short Films

Let's admit it: everything LEGO is awesome. So when it churns out several short films to re-imagine different films in the MCU, you know it's going to be heaps of fun! There are three LEGO Marvel Super Heroes films you can stream on Netflix right now: LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Maximum OverloadLEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Avengers Reassembled!, and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Black Panther.
