Princess Hours

Before he became Kingdom's Crown Prince Yi Chang, Ju Ji Hoon played the Crown Prince Lee Shin in the 2006-drama Princess Hours. 

Set in an alternate world where Korea is under a monarchy, this drama centers on Chaegyeong, an ordinary art high school student who learns that she is arranged to marry the unemotional Crown Prince Lee Shin. Although she is reluctant to marry the prince at first, she eventually does so to be able to pay for her family's debts. She then tries to adapt to the life of a royalty, where she encounters Lee Shin's cousin Yul and the ballerina Hyorin.

Joining Ju Ji Hoon in the cast are Yoon Eun Hye, Kim Jong Hoon, and Song Ji Hyo. 

Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds

In the film Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds, Ju Ji Hoon plays the grim reaper Haewonmak alongside Ha Jung Woo's Gang Rim and Kim Hyang Gi's Deok Choon, who escort the firefighter Kim Ja Hong to the afterlife. There, he gets assigned to a public defender who will be representing him in 7 trials in 49 days to find out how he lived his life, and if he will be reincarnated, all while the grim reapers also strive for reincarnation. 

A sequel called Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days is also available on Netflix. 

Hyena

Kim Hye Soo and Ju Ji Hoon star in the Korean drama Hyena where they both play two rival lawyers who, despite their differences, will turn into hyenas to serve the clients who are part of the crème de la crème of society.

Bae Doona stars as one of the :sensates" in the Netflix original series Sense8. The show centers on 8 individuals from different parts of the world whose minds and emotions are linked with each other. As they try to get to learn the skills they have through their connections, they also try to escape a man named Whispers who is hunting them down. She stars alongside Toby Onwumere, Jamie Clayton, Tina Desai, Tuppence Middleton, Max Riemelt, Miguel Angel Silvestre, and Brian J. Smith. 

Stranger

Stranger is a 2017 K-drama starring Cho Seung Woo as the prosecutor Hwang Si Mok and Bae Doon as the detective Han Yeo Jin who team up together to solve a serial murder case, which leads to them uncovering the rampant corruption in the government and among the elite. 

Miracle in Cell # 7

One of Ryu Seung Ryong's most popular work is in Miracle in Cell # 7. In the 2013 film, he plays the role of Lee Yong Gu, a mentally impaired man who is imprisoned after being wrongfully accused of killing a little girl. After getting closer to the people he shares his cell with, the inmates help him reunite with his daughter every now and then. 

Extreme Job
 

Ryu Seung Ryong also starred in the major box office film Extreme Job, a film about a group or narcotics detectives who need to carry out an undercover surveillance of a drug gang as their last chance to save their career. Joining Ryu in the film are Lee Hanaee, Lee Dong Hwi, Jin Seon Kyu, and Gong Myung. 

The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil

Ma Dong Seok, Kim Mu Yeol, and Kim Sung Kyu star as the three titular characters of The Gangster, The Cop, the Devil. A film based on a true story, it centers on a gangster who works with a cop in catching the killer who attacked him. 

My Love From the Star

While waiting to know just what role actress Jun Ji Hyun will be playing for the next season of Kingdom, why not rewatch one of her classic dramas? The actress starred in My Love From the Star alongside actor Kim So Hyun. The drama follows the alien Do Min Joon, an alien that landed on Earth and meets Cheon Song Yi, a famous actress who eventually becomes his neighbor. While he tries to keep himself away from her, he often finds himself failing to do so. 

The Legend of the Blue Sea

Jun Ji Hyun also starred with Lee Min Ho in The Legend of the Blue Sea where she played the role of Shim Cheong, a mermaid who meets and falls in love with a clever con-man as she tries to adjust to living a human life.

Wondering where you've seen the King's eunuch before the last episode of Kingdom? Ahn Jae Hong starred as Jung Bong, one of the Ssangmun-dong kids in the drama Reply 1988. The drama follows a group of friends from a small neighborhood in Seoul, and tells their story as they go through changes and maturity throughout the years. He joins Hyeri, Ryu Jun Yeol, Park Bo Gum, Go Kyung Pyo, and Lee Dong Hwi in the drama. 

Fight For My Way

Ahn Jae Hong also appeared in the drama Fight For My Way, which tells the story of four friends who are all underdogs struggling to survive and striving for success. Ahn Jae Hong plays the role of Kim Joo Man, the brain of the group, who was able to land a job at a home shopping network. He stars in the drama with Park Seo Joon, Kim Ji Won, and Song Ha Yoon.
