Netflix has got the solution for those who find themselves stuck in traffic with nothing to do! Just today, March 12, the streaming platform rolled out its newest Mobile Plan that would cater to users who are always on their phones.
Priced at only P149, the newest plan is their cheapest to date and is only available for new and existing users who stream on their phones and tablets. Just like its basic plans, this gives the users unlimited access to their entire library of content – from the award-winning movies to the latest K-dramas.
Through this plan, users can also create five different profiles; however, streaming is limited to just one screen at a time and at a Standard Definition Quality (480P).
Like its other plans, users can still download content for when they don't have access to wi-fi. Features like Smart Downloads, Data Saver, Social Media Sharing and Mobile Previews will also be available via the mobile plan.
Netflix's Mobile Plan has also been launched in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, with the goals of making streaming easier and accessible to more people.
The P149-Mobile Plan joins Netflix's existing plan offerings priced at P369 (Basic), P459 (Standard), and P549 (Premium). You can now avail of the plan by clicking here, and pay using debit and credit card, or as an add-on to your Globe, Smart, and Sun Postpaid Plans. You can also cancel or upgrade your plan any time, depending on your streaming habits.
