Pia Wurtzbach is Madame Tussauds’ First Ever Filipino Wax Figure!

And Filipino fans can check it out the SM Mega Fashion Hall just for tomorrow before it's flown to Hong Kong!

Anyone who's ever been into anything pop culture would be familiar with Madame Tussauds wax figure. Celebrities would know they've already made it in the industry if they already have a wax figure of themselves at Madame Tussauds. Some of the most notable figures whose immortalized in the form of these figures are Beyonce, David Beckham, Kim Soohyun, and Queen Elizabeth II. 

Today, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong has unveiled the first-ever Filipino to have a wax figure at the museum – Miss Universe 2015 herself, Pia Wurtzbach

Made by 20 artists to make sure that it will be as realistic as possible, Pia's wax figure is also donning a replica of her iconic blue Swarovski-embellished Michael Cinco gown, which she wore when she passed on her crown in 2016. The replica dress was also made by Cinco considers the task an "impalpable dream come true". 

Pia's wax figure will be available for the public for one day only tomorrow, March 29 at the SM Mega Trade Hall in SM Megamall as part of the #PiaMadelconic Travel Festival. After tomorrow, it will then be flown to its permanent home in Madame Tussauds Hong Kong. It will stand in the museum's fashion section, next to Kendall Jenner's wax figure. It's also going to be in the same museum as Siwon Choi's figure, which – we all know – is Pia's Super Junior bias
