Meet A.N.A., Your Ayala Malls Neighborhood Assistant

You can now access your favorite stores with just a few taps on your phone!

Constantly in pursuit of upholding its commitment to servicing its communities, Ayala Malls introduces an innovative shopping solution dubbed A.N.A. or the Ayala Malls Neighborhood Assistant. A pioneering concept, customers can now access items from their favorite stores within the mall virtually, and the Ayala Malls’ pool of personal shoppers will do the rest.

Ayala Malls President Jennylle Tupaz expounds, “We are always finding creative ways to provide more and more smart shopping solutions to our customers. This is the heart of our mission.If they can’t go to the mall, we will bring the mall to them. With A.N.A., our patrons can have easy access to products from our hundreds of mall merchants from the comfort of their homes. Our well-trained personal shoppers are there to ensure they get an easy, convenient, and worry-free shopping experience.”

Whether its school or office supplies, hardware essentials, fashion desires, hobby tools, tech requirements, sporting needs, home improvement musts, food cravings, or grocery shopping, A.N.A. can assist in just four easy steps.

Here’s how to get started:

Step 2:Order your items through the mall ordering form:

Click the form in the preferred mall’s Facebook page, or
Contact the mall’s Viber

Step 3: A.N.A. will reach out to process your orders. Pay for your orders, including a minimal service fee, through the mall’s cashless payment channels available. Beginning September 4, 2020, rates will be charged as follows:

Retail/Food

P50: 1 store
P100: 2-3 stores
P200: 4 or more stores

Supermarket/Department store

P200 flat rate

Step 4: Get your orders delivered straight to your door or pickup at the mall’s DriveBuy stations.

A.N.A.is currently available in 25 Ayala Malls and will roll out across more in the coming weeks.
