Constantly in pursuit of upholding its commitment to servicing its communities, Ayala Malls introduces an innovative shopping solution dubbed A.N.A. or the Ayala Malls Neighborhood Assistant. A pioneering concept, customers can now access items from their favorite stores within the mall virtually, and the Ayala Malls’ pool of personal shoppers will do the rest.
Ayala Malls President Jennylle Tupaz expounds, “We are always finding creative ways to provide more and more smart shopping solutions to our customers. This is the heart of our mission. If they can’t go to the mall, we will bring the mall to them. With A.N.A., our patrons can have easy access to products from our hundreds of mall merchants from the comfort of their homes. Our well-trained personal shoppers are there to ensure they get an easy, convenient, and worry-free shopping experience.”
