Sharp-eyed visitors to Landmark's branches in Ayala Center Makati and Trinoma may notice something unusual about its show windows this holiday season. The department store known for its vibrant seasonal costumes, shopping area string quartets and floor games kicked off this year's festivities with actual people modeling the store's wares in th its show windows.
Depending on the dime of day, onlookers will find the models in various settings and poses, and if they're very lucky, perhaps be able to catch a wave and a smile from them right before they go on break.
The living store window displays will be bookeneded with Landmark's signature Vatican Swiss Guard Parade marking store hours each day until Christmas, continuing its annual tradition of having its security dressed to emulate those who guard the Roman Catholic Pope while accompanied with an elaborate live band.
