Last February 27, 2021, the UP Junior Marketing Association, in partnership with For Our Farmers PH, Inc., brought the stars to your screen at Cosmos: An OPM Festival. With the mission of uplifting Filipino farmers through the transformative power of music, Cosmos took exciting frontiers and featured some of the brightest up-and-coming OPM stars in a free-of-charge online benefit concert.
Cosmos: An OPM festival showcased out-of-this-world performances by I Belong to the Zoo, Moonstar88, Reese Lansangan, Lola Amour, and more, and featured stellar pre-recorded speeches by Vice President Leni Robredo and the Agriculture Students Association of the Philippines. Thousands of Earthlings far and wide were able to celebrate OPM for a cause – letting the fight for equality and justice take center stage.
Through the power of OPM, Cosmos was able to raise Php 537,288.30 for the benefit of agricultural communities in Pangasinan, Tarlac, and Misamis Oriental. All donations will help provide scholarships, subsidies, relief goods, and cater to the needs of Filipino farmers and their families.
