People who are not used to nolan's and goyer's story telling will not get it. Watch 1st the dark knight trilogy then man of steel and this to get it!

It has all right elements.
The drama. The action. The mystery. The evilness. The goodness. The stupidity. The helplessness. The overpowering villain. The loud soundtrack. The dark scenes. The build up.
Somehow something feels odd and missing.

Maybe trying to be too smart and too dark? Trying to overdramatize to the point the characters losing their appeal? I dont know.

Saw it 3D imax and film quality is much better as synder made it too dark to enjoy it irritates you.

Pretentious but hey, who wouldnt be if youre handling Nolans Batman and the iconic Superman. Somehow in the glitz of it all the heroes didnt feel like heroes so u end up not feeling good more than half of the movie.

Feels a bit rehashed ala joker-lex-batman-mystery-dull superman-miscommunication and the grand martha reawakening? If superman can fly at the speed of sound why cant he talk fast and inform batman of the predicament?hmmm...Being framed at killings with bullets?huh?

BUT overall, the intent for shock value dramatics is there. Not for kids though sadly as most kids who went out still were asking bakit galit si batman kay superman? Bad siya! Oh well cant win them all.

I felt disappointed at first viewing but on my 3rd viewing in IMAX thats when i liked it more and more.

And the wonderwoman entrance music is just so enticing. Goosebumps. Hehe

I personally think that the movie is awesome and this is one movie that I would actually like to see again. The movie is quite interesting especially in the way it uses Bruce Wayne dreams to reveal how he feels about Superman, I also feel that Batman's dreams is perhaps foreshadowing things e.g. a possible direction of the justice league where Superman actually becomes evil, and Batman is perhaps the one left who may be able to stop him.
I like the way they portrayed Lex Luthor as the evil genius who is so evil that he can sacrifice even some of his closest associates.
I like the way they've humanized Superman- showing that even someone who is reveered as a god can also feel betrayed, confused, and has also a need for personal relationships as an anchor and also to make sense of why he does the things he does.
I almost think that its almost a stroke of genius on the way the director uses the the name Martha as a something common to the 2 of DC's most popular superhero of all time. Martha is actually Bruce Wayne's mother in the comics and the same name is also the name of Clark's adoptive mother.
I also liked the decision to introduce doomsday and allow him to do what he was meant to do all along - Kill superman.
The death of superman will help Bruce accept Superman and perhaps get rid of the thought that perhaps Superman is a threat to mankind, I mean how could anyone who is willing to sacrifice themselves for the people be a threat.
I believe the director will use the death of Superman as Batman's emotional drive to bring the justice league together.

I love the movie and I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

i liked the final battle scene.

Haha seriously, i was discouraged by some people's reviews particularly click the city's very own "how credible" reviewer. I actually didn't get bored with all the talking in between the 2 major action packed sequences because it gave substance to the chaos. I also did not notice a hint of subpar effects contrary to Philbert's star cinema rom-com biased vision. Yes, i am hitting on the unfairness of the resident reviewer because noticeably the same old story lines of star cinema always gets his claimed stamp of approval. But i can't blame him if he gets his income from star cinema. Bottom line, don't trust click the city's reviews by Philbert.

Feels like you're watching comics coming to life. This deserves more than 1.5 stars, and your time and attention as a moviegoer. May not be as appealing to kids, but this is definitely a well-made, well-thought out mature comic film.

Good vfx in bad ending and poor plot. But henry canvil is damn hot.

Napapikit ako 3 times sa first 2 hours ng movie kasi sobrang haba ng kwentuhan. Di gaya ng Avengers simula pa lang ma aksyon na. Pero sobrang bumawi pag dating ni Wonder Woman. Mejo bitin lang pero still good over all for me.
