It has all right elements. The drama. The action. The mystery. The evilness. The goodness. The stupidity. The helplessness. The overpowering villain. The loud soundtrack. The dark scenes. The build up. Somehow something feels odd and missing. Maybe trying to be too smart and too dark? Trying to overdramatize to the point the characters losing their appeal? I dont know. Saw it 3D imax and film quality is much better as synder made it too dark to enjoy it irritates you. Pretentious but hey, who wouldnt be if youre handling Nolans Batman and the iconic Superman. Somehow in the glitz of it all the heroes didnt feel like heroes so u end up not feeling good more than half of the movie. Feels a bit rehashed ala joker-lex-batman-mystery-dull superman-miscommunication and the grand martha reawakening? If superman can fly at the speed of sound why cant he talk fast and inform batman of the predicament?hmmm...Being framed at killings with bullets?huh? BUT overall, the intent for shock value dramatics is there. Not for kids though sadly as most kids who went out still were asking bakit galit si batman kay superman? Bad siya! Oh well cant win them all. I felt disappointed at first viewing but on my 3rd viewing in IMAX thats when i liked it more and more. And the wonderwoman entrance music is just so enticing. Goosebumps. Hehe Still worth the wait!
