Dave Bautista has a new film, and just like his role in the Marvel movie-verse, he’ll be protecting the galaxy in it. Titled Universe’s Most Wanted, this upcoming sci-fi action flick begins production next year.
Deadline reports that the film will bring together the Guardians of the Galaxy star and Rampage director Brad Peyton. Universe’s Most Wanted centers around a small town where a space ship carrying the universe’s most wanted criminals, crash lands.
Bautista plays an intergalactic peacekeeper who forges an unexpected team-up with the son of the town sheriff. Together, they must stop a ragtag bunch of alien criminals from escaping and taking over the world.
Besides his return for the much-awaited Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Dave Bautista also stars in the upcoming sci-fi movie Dune.
