Seven years since the first movie came out, our favorite cave family returns on the big screen in The Croods: A New Age! This time, the new film will be introducing us to a new family of more advanced humans!

In The Croods: A New Age, the titular cave family is off to search for a new safe place they could call home after surviving their fair share of dangers and disasters. After discovering a walled-in paradise with everything they need, the family thinks that their problems are already solved. What they didn’t know those is that the Bettermans, a more modern family, are already living there. With the new family taking the Croods as their guests, tensions escalate between the cave and the modern family.
The sequel will be featuring the voices of returning stars Nicolas Cage, Catherine Keener, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Clark Duke, and Cloris Richman. Peter Dinklage, Leslie Mann, and Kelly Marie Tran will be giving their voices to the Bettermans.
Joel Crawford, whose works include Trolls and the Kung Fu Panda franchise, directs this film. Mark Swift (Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted) produces the film.
