Directed by Julius Ruslin Alfonso, Black Lipstick is a reimagining of the 1986 film "Blusang Itim" which starred Snooky Serna. The film follows Ikay, a girl who is bullied because of her vitiligo, a disorder that gives the skin uneven color. She then discovers a magical lipstick which makes her look normal when she applies it. Ikay decides to lead a double life and assumes the identity of Jessie who is a social media influencer.
It stars Kyline Alcantara, Kate Valdez, Migo Adecer and Manolo Pedrosa.
